Do I need experience to join?
No experience is necessary! We welcome members of all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced fighters. Our coaches will work with you at your own pace.
What should I bring to my first class?
For your first class, just bring comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a towel.
Is mma safe?
Safety is our top priority. Our beginner classes focus on technique and conditioning without contact. Sparring is optional and only permitted under close supervision with proper protective gear.
Do you offer private training?
Yes, we offer one-on-one training with our experienced coaches. Private sessions can be scheduled at times convenient for you and tailored to your specific goals.
Is there an age requirement?
We offer programs for ages 8 and up.
